Weekly rentals usually run from Saturday to Saturday   
$1100/week May-June & September-October
$1300/week July-August
Individual nights (3 night minimum)


Additional charges:
Maine state lodging tax 9%
Cleaning fee $125
Refundable damage deposit $300

1/2 rental fee is required to book. Remaining rental fee, and additional charges are due one week before arrival. 

Cancellations made thirty days prior to arrival are refunded in full less a $100 administration fee. Cancellations within thirty days of arrival will be refunded only if the property can be re-booked.
